How do I put the BabyFloat on my child?
First inflate both compartments of the BabyFloat with your mouth. When the BabyFloat is inflated, one side of the BabyFloat can be pushed down and the other can be pushed up. Now the baby's head can be placed in the middle of the BabyFloat. Make sure the chin lies on the chin rest. Then close the closure and pull the buckle. Make sure that the BabyFloat is not too loose, but certainly not too loose. The BabyFloat fits well if a finger can be placed between the baby's neck and the BabyFloat.
When can the BabyFloat be used?
The general guideline is that the BabyFloat can be used if the child is at least 2 months old and at most 18 months old. In addition, the child must weigh between 3 and 12 kilograms. The most important thing is that the child can hold up his or her own neck when lying on his or her tummy. If the child cannot do this, the BabyFloat cannot be used! Furthermore, the baby should only be able to touch the bottom of the bath with his or her toes. If the child's feet can rest against the bottom of the pool, the child is too big for the pool and it is recommended to use the BabyFloat in a shallow pool.
Is the BabyFloat available in different sizes?
No. The BabyFloat is available in one size. This product is suitable for children from 2 to 18 months old and weighing 3 to 12 kilograms.
The BabyFloat is already inflated, can the product still be returned?

There is water on top of the BabyFloat, what do I do?
The BabyFloat is suitable for use in a bath and in a shallow pool. When your baby is quite active in the bath, or just a little bit bigger, it may be that the baby has a view against the bottom of the bath. This will cause some water to end up on the BabyFloat. If this happens, your baby has outgrown the use in the bath and it is advisable to use the BabyFloat in a shallow pool, where the baby has more room to move.
What is the delivery time of the product?
If you order the BabyFloat on weekdays before 11.59 pm, you will receive it the next day. If you order the product in the weekend, it will be delivered on tuesday.
What are the shipment costs?
We don't bring any shipment costs in account for our product. It doesn't matter if you live in Belgium or in the Netherlands, shipment is always for free.
